Starting out!
Well, my aunt Julie e-mailed me her Gedcom file (the file used by PAF(Personal Ancestral File)). One of the lines had work done all the way to 16th generations. And that was just one of the ones I followed! One thing I've learned. Every bit of family on my mom's side has been from Florida, Georgia, Virginia, North Carolina or Tennessee! Then going into the 1600's there are some from Scotland! Hilarious, huh? Well, my dad just hooked me up with an awesome church website that I was able to go on and find his family's 411! It looks like Grandpa Dean's info was submitted by Clarissa! Cool! It's so interesting though! I'm so excited now because I can update my gedcom file with both lines! It's so great seeing all the old family names that I can pick from for my kids! There are some really great ones! K, I just found that file, so I'm going to go mess around with it for a while!
